The diploma thesis is focused on the performance evaluation of a selected company using the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical part defines the concept of performance and methods of its measuring. The analytical part is devoted to the introduction of the selected company and the evaluation of its performance through the START model, which is based on the EFQM Excellence Model methodology. Based on the results of the evaluation, strengths and areas for improvement are identified, from which proposals for measures to improve the company's performance are based.

The master’s thesis is focused on the performance evaluation of the company DOLS, a. s. applying the EFQM Excellence Model and subsequently discusses proposals to improve company’s performance. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part outlines the necessary theoretical bases, that are further used and applied to the chosen company DOLS, a. s. in the second part. Lastly, in the third part, the conducted questionnaire survey is evaluated and measures for improvement in problematic areas are proposed.

This master’s thesis is focused on valuation of effeciency of a particular company. This valuation of effeciency is performed on EFQM Model Excellence. Theoretical part of thesis is focused on description of selected models of valuation of effeciancy. In practical part is selected comapany introduced and included it’s field of business. And on the base of EFQM Excellence Model is valuation of efficiency made. The final part of the thesis is given suggestions for improvement.

The master´s thesis deals with performance measurement of the company FEDEDAL-MOGUL Friction Production, a.s. This valuation of efficiency is performed on EFQM Excellence model. Theoretical part of thesis is focused on description of selected models of valuation of efficiency with more detailed orientation to EFQM Excellence model. In the second part the company is characterized and company´s current situation is described.The last part contains an application of START PLUS model based on the principles of The EFQM Excellence Model. At the end are series of recommendations for increase efficiency.

The theoretical part explains the term performance and describes the most used approaches of company performance measurement. The analytical part deals with the characteristic of the company and analysis of its current situation. The last part contains the performance evaluation of the company using the START Model, which is based on the principles of The EFQM Excellence Model. In conclusion, there are suggested measures to improve the company performance based on the results of the evaluation.

The master’s thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of company EXprojekt s.r.o. using the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concept of performance and characterizes individual methods of measuring the company performance. In the practical part of the thesis the company is described, and its current situation is analyzed. Subsequently, the company’s performance is evaluated using the START Model, which is based on the principles of the EFQM Excellence Model. In the final part of the thesis are, based on the results of the evaluation, suggested measures that would increase the company’s performance.

On the basis of evaluated propose the implementation of the introduction of modern management in the form of self-assessment of EFQM excelence Model as a way to find strengths and areas for improvement. The work includes comparison with both the quality management system based on ISO 9001 and based on the EFQM excelence Model.
